ICAO Facilitation Conference

We are excited to share that the ICAO Facilitation Conference 2025 (FALC 2025), will be convened from 14 to 17 April 2025 in Doha, Qatar. This event will be a unique opportunity to address all aspects of facilitation in civil aviation as covered by Annex 9 — Facilitation to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, including the ICAO Traveller Identification Programme (TRIP) Strategy, and the ICAO Public Key Directory (PKD), and to enhance global awareness of Annex 9 – Facilitation provisions.
The event will also feature a high-level Ministerial segment on 17 April 2025 to facilitate the adoption of a Ministerial Declaration.
